Use the apartment for accommodation purposes only.
Please respect the neighbours in the apartment building and keep quiet after 10:00 PM.
Keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Treat the apartment and all property with care.
Follow all safety rules when using electrical appliances, gas and water.

The following is prohibited:

Smoking inside the apartment.
Holding parties, birthday celebrations or any other noisy events.
Wearing outdoor shoes inside or leaving the apartment dirty.
Staying with pets without prior approval from us.
Using fireworks or violating safety regulations.
Allowing guests to stay overnight if no sleeping place has been provided for them.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction without a refund of the security deposit.

Any damage to the property must be compensated for according to the inventory list.

Check-in and Check-out Conditions

At check-in, the guest must present an original passport and pay a security deposit equal to the daily rental rate.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM, regardless of the check-in time.
Check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM is subject to an additional charge of up to 50% of the daily rental rate.
Late check-out may be charged at up to 100% of the daily rental rate.
We understand that every situation is different, so all check-in and check-out arrangements must be agreed with the administration.
