Group accommodation is available at one address: RIVER PARK Residential Complex (42 Naberezhna Peremohy Street). We can accommodate up to 15 guests, as Lux and Economy apartments are available.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM the following day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior agreement and is charged at 50–70% of the daily rate.

At check-in, guests must present an identification document: a passport, driving licence or a digital document in the Diia app. A security deposit of UAH 2,000 is also required and will be refunded after check-out.

For business travellers, we provide accommodation documents for the second and third taxation groups. Cashless payment is available. We guarantee cleanliness, comfort and privacy!

Regular guests and those staying for more than one week can receive flexible discounts ranging from 10% to 25%, depending on availability, the length of stay and the number of guests.
